Team Red’s Mahek Desai Wins Best Batsman at AWCC Fall Series 2024

Exceptional Batting Secures Mahek Desai the Top Honors in the Inaugural Tournament

The inaugural AWCC Fall Series, held from October 12-14 in North Carolina, saw an intense competition between Team Blue and Team Red. The series showcased a great level of sportsmanship and competitive spirit, highlighting the growth of women’s cricket in the U.S.

Team Red’s standout player, Mahek Desai, was awarded the prestigious Best Batsman title. She scored an impressive 114 runs across 4 matches, maintaining a solid strike rate of 85.71. Her consistent performance played a vital role in Team Red’s fierce competition throughout the series.
